🔥 What the Day Is Like
This is a proper hands-on BBQ course. You’ll be involved as much as possible — cooking over fire, learning techniques, asking questions, tasting everything, and picking up real-world tips you can use at home straight away. Expect fire, smoke, flavour, and plenty of BBQ chat throughout the day.

A relaxed, friendly atmosphere with plenty of fun along the way
All you need to bring is yourself, comfortable clothes, and an appetite. (You may leave smelling like smoke — that’s part of the experience 😉)
